Who Am I?
I’m Ameer Nahas, a university student based in the city of San Antonio TX, deeply passionate about the Cyber World. My journey in the realm of online security and information systems began here, and I’m dedicated to exploring and sharing my experiences in these areas.
But that’s not all there is to me. When I’m not diving into the world of online security, you’ll find me immersed in my other passions. I’ve been a shoe reseller for many years, and this hobby has a special place in my heart. As a lifelong basketball player, I’ve dribbled my way through life on the courts, and I can’t imagine a day without a basketball in hand. Besides sports, I’m also a dedicated gamer, and I can often be found exploring virtual worlds, battling mythical creatures, or competing in online multiplayer games.
My Journey
My journey in Cyber Security began very recently, when I came into university I actually was declared as a Biology major. I knew I was good at biology so I thought “since I’m good at this, I should major in it”. WRONG. After my first college semester I decided to make the switch over to Cyber Security along with Information Systems. Along the way, I’ve encountered my share of challenges, but I’ve also had some successes (including this website :D). This blog is my way of documenting and sharing the knowledge and insights I’ve gained throughout this journey.
Why the Website Name?
You might be wondering why I chose the website name Cyber Kicks. Well, my other hobby, shoe reselling, has been a constant in my life for years. The thrill of finding rare and coveted footwear, connecting with fellow sneakerheads, and building a collection has been a source of endless satisfaction. I thought, why not combine my two passions under one roof? This website is a reflection of both my dedication to cyber security and my love for sneaker culture. It’s a place where technology and style converge, and I’m excited to share this unique blend with you.
